Programme Outcomes (POs) After Completion
Upon successful completion of the training programme, the postgraduate urology trainee will be able

- Diagnose & Manage
Independently diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of adult and pediatric urological conditions using evidence-based approaches. - Perform Surgical Procedures
Competently perform core urological surgeries including TURP, PCNL, ureteroscopy, cystectomy, nephrectomy, and reconstructive procedures. - Demonstrate Professionalism
Exhibit ethical, responsible, and compassionate conduct in clinical, surgical, and research settings. - Conduct & Present Research
Design, execute, and defend original research with understanding of biostatistics, medical writing, and presentation skills. - Teach & Lead
Conduct structured teaching sessions, train undergraduates and junior residents, and demonstrate leadership in surgical teams. - Communicate Effectively
